In order to continue providing you with the safest and easiest way to access your account information, we have upgraded our e-statement platform. Benefits of this upgrade include:
With the old platform, your estatements were available starting the month you enrolled moving forward. With the new system, once enrolled, you can view all statements starting from 2012 moving forward.
Multi-factor authentication including use of TOKENS. Security tokens are used to prove one's identity electronically (as in the case of a customer trying to access their bank account). The token is used in addition to or in place of a password to prove that the customer is who they claim to be. The token acts like an electronic key to access something.
More To Come
The new estatement platform sets the foundation to be able to offer other secure, electronic services in the near future such as electronic delivery and storage of teller transaction receipts.
New to E-Statements?
Step 1: Log into Virtuoso, click on "Your Preferences" then "estatement selection" - select electronic from the drop-down menu. You will also want to confirm your email address on the right side of the page.
If you don't have access to Virtuoso Online Banking, we can email you the Electronic Records Consent Form via docusign or you can download it here.
Step 2: Watch this step-by-step video tutorial for instructions.
IMPORTANT: Please note that once the token has been sent, you will need to keep the window open until you are done typing in the token or you will have to have a new token reissued. If the window is closed or refreshed, a new token will be required.
Special Note for Existing Estatement Users New to this Platform: If you are already currently enrolled using estatement, use the same password as the old platform. There is a "Forgot My Password" link if you need help remembering it.
