Why can't I log into Online Banking using Internet Explorer?

If you are having difficulty accessing Online Banking and are using a newer version of Internet Explorer, you need to add the Online Banking Website to the Compatibility View list.

Here’s how:

  • Open Internet Explorer by clicking its icon in the taskbar
  • Click the Tools button in the top-right corner of your browser, which looks like a gear or wheel
  • Click Compatibility View settings
  • Add this website by entering the URL – https://fsucuebranch.org – in the open field
  • Click Add
  • Click Close
