FSU Credit Union President/CEO Chuck Adcock presents Sharon Snipes with Champion Award

Sharon, who has been serving our credit union members for more than 20 years, embodies this champion spirit every day. Not only is she consistently one of our highest-producing loan officers, but we regularly receive comments from members who detail how Sharon goes beyond the call of duty to find creative solutions that maximize their financial well-being and truly improve their lives.

Recently, a very satisfied member took the time to write a detailed email to credit union management about his experience with Sharon. While he was only seeking a loan when he reached out to the credit union, after learning more about his situation, Sharon helped him explore refinancing and debt consolidation options, and ultimately reduced his debt significantly, saving him a considerable amount. In his own words he reported:

“I think that Sharon needs to be recognized for going above and beyond… Sharon took the time to learn about my family and me and what my needs were.  Sharon is very knowledgeable in the products offered by your financial institution and absolutely exceeded my expectations in every way.  Sharon always communicated quickly via phone, or email and made the loan process very easy…..  Sharon is an asset to your organization….”

Join us in congratulating Sharon!
