Lost or Stolen Cards

To report your debit or credit card lost or stolen from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. EST Monday through Friday, call (850) 224-4960 or toll-free (877) GO-FSU-CU (1-877-463-7828) immediately.

Outside of normal business hours or on holidays, for lost or stolen credit cards, please call (800) 449-7728 immediately and for lost or stolen debit cards, call (888)-267-5256 immediately.

To check the status of FSU Credit Union in case of a widespread regional event – including a hurricane – you may call the League of Southeastern Credit Unions Disaster Hotline toll-free number at 888-328-5767.
