New Online Banking & Mobile App Now Available

Online banking and the mobile app were recently upgraded to new and improved applications. Passwords were reset to protect our members’ information.

Logging into the new system

If you are a current online banking/mobile app user, the first time you log into the new system after the upgrade:

Step 1 – Re-establish your account

  • Go to the credit union website, fsucu.org and click/tap the Online Banking log in button
  • Enter the User ID you currently use
  • Enter your temporary password. All passwords will be set to a temporary password. The temporary password will be the last SIX digits of the primary account holder‘s social security number, or the last six of your EIN/TIN for business accounts.
  • After entering this temporary password you will be required to change the password.  The new password will require the following:
    • At least 8 characters
    • No more than 32 characters
    • An uppercase letter
    • A lowercase letter
    • A number
    • A special character, such as $, #, or @

Step 2 – Set Up Security Questions

  • The system will prompt you to create five (5) new security questions and answers. Make sure they are easy for you to remember but difficult for others to guess. Your answers are case sensitive, so “happy” and “Happy” are different answers.

Step 3 – Phone Verification

  • The system will prompt you to set up identity verification. Identity verification uses an outside tool, like a phone, to verify your identity. To set up identity verification, you will display the phone numbers we currently have on file associated with your account. You will choose the phone number the system will use to send you a text message or to call you with a 4 digit verification code. You will be prompted to enter the verification code provided to access the system. Identity verification may be used from time-to-time to validate your identity on the system.

Step 4 – Accept Terms & Conditions

  • The last step is to accept the terms and conditions. Once complete you are ready to use the new and improved application.
