Business Loans

FSU Credit union provides business members with loan solutions to meet their needs.

We take pride in assisting our members with dedicated business loan products. Our financing resources are customized based on a thorough understanding of your business. With flexible terms and competitive rates, our business lending solutions can help grow or expand your business.

FSU Credit Union is pleased to offer the following types of business loans:

  • Vehicle
  • Equipment
  • Lines of Credit
  • Owner-occupied real estate
  • Non-owner-occupied real state (investments properties)
  • Construction

The items below are standard documents that would be needed to process a loan request:

  • Business loan application
  • Personal Financial Statement
  • Business Debt Schedule
  • Last three years of Business Tax Returns for all owned businesses (if you own more than 25%)
  • Last three years of Personal Tax Returns
  • Year-to-date business financials (i.e., profit and loss, balance sheet)
  • Rent roll & leases for investment properties

If you are requesting a loan for one of the products listed above and meet the following criteria, please use the link below.

  •  Your business has been operating for at least three years.
  • Your loan amount request is less than $50,000 for LOC, $150,000 for vehicles and equipment, and $500,000 for real estate.
