OFFICIAL DRAWING RULES FOR “FESTIVAL LOVERS GIFT BASKET”

FSU Credit Union (“FSUCU” or “Sponsor”) is the sole sponsor of the drawing.

FSUCU will select one (1) winner to receive the MUSIC LOVERS BASKET. No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win. This drawing is open to anyone 18 years or older. Employees and volunteers of FSUCU and their families are not eligible to win. Maximum of one entry per participant. Anyone submitting multiple entries will be ineligible.
FSUCU will randomly draw a winner from all eligible entries at 10:00am EST April 30, 2024, at the FSUCU branch located at 2520 North Monroe St., Tallahassee, FL 32303. Participants need not be present to win. Individuals can also enter the drawing by writing name, telephone number, email address, and Attn: Marketing Director on an index card and dropping it off to the FSUCU branch located at 2520 North Monroe St., Tallahassee, FL 32303 prior to the date of the drawing. All entries become FSUCU property and will not be returned or acknowledged. Drawing will be conducted by an FSUCU employee. The winner will be notified via email or phone.
ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL TAXES ASSOCIATED WITH THE RECEIPT OR USE OF ANY PRIZE IS SOLELY THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER.
Odds of Winning: The odds of winning will be determined by the number of eligible entries at the time of the random drawing.
To obtain a copy of the winner’s name, please mail a self-addressed envelope to FSU Credit Union, P.O. Box 182499, Tallahassee, FL 32318-0022.
Contest is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. These Drawing Rules are subject to change at any time by FSUCU in its sole discretion and without notice. Drawing void where prohibited or restricted by law.

SPONSOR DOES NOT MAKE ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE CONDITION, FITNESS OR MERCHANTABILITY OF THE PRIZE.
