Michelle McNutt is 2023's Fourth Quarter Champion Award Winner

We are delighted to announce Michelle McNutt as the 2023 Fourth Quarter Champion Award winner. The FSU Credit Union Champion Award is given quarterly to an employee who personifies our mission to be our members’ financial champions. She was nominated by her teammates, who had this to say about Michelle:

“She always goes above and beyond to help our members and membership. We’ve had several members that have lost loved ones recently and Michelle never stops going over and beyond to make the member feel like they are not alone and that we are here to help to make things easier. Whether it is helping the member with online banking or going through the transactions for future debits. She shows that she sincerely cares and is professional through the whole process.”

“Always a pleasure, always ready to lend a hand to help, has done a really good job with training our new hire-she has caught on quickly. She is definitely a team player!”

“Michelle has been a true team player for our branch. She has trained our newest hire and has been exceptional. She is the problem solver on the teller line. She handles most obstacles that are thrown at her with a smile on her face and never turns down a challenge…she will find a solution to the problem. If she can’t handle it or needs additional help, she reaches out and gets the information she needs to have it resolved and the members happy/satisfied. She deserves to be recognized for all she does in the Perry Branch.  She wears several hats on the teller line.”
